Shimano XT Rear Derailleur Adjustment on the Road

A little different approach to rear derailleur adjustment. What I like about this video is that it is emphasizes what you need to know to touch up a rear derailleur on the road during a ride. The bike is not on a work stand but shown sitting on its handlebar and seat as you would have it when working on a bike while touring.
